Gold & silver product(s) sold by G&S Bullion Trading are not returnable.
G&S Bullion Trading cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the buyer(s)/seller(s) as a result of purchasing or selling gold and silver products from/to us.
Payment
- Payment can be made either to the Maybank or Public Bank account. Upon confirmation of order, we will e-mail or sms to the buyer(s) our bank information. Our bank details also available at Contact Us link.
- Payment must be received by G&S Bullion Trading within24 hours of sales confirmation. Buyer(s) are advised to inform us via e-mail, telephone or sms if payment already made. Unpaid order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours of sales confirmation.
- In order to expedite the payment verification, buyers are advised to provide the details of the payment made via email or sms – such as bank, amount , date and time of the transaction. It is very much appreciated if the buyer can e-mail us the scan copy of the document for the payment made.
- C.O.D can be arranged in Kuala Lumpur area preferably at Tesco Extra Cheras & Giant CMC Taman Connaught.
- Buyer must provide their shipping address once the payment already made either via email or sms.
- Shipment will be done upon receiving cleared payment. However, shipment is only done twice a week ie. on every Monday & Wednesday.
- Shipment of the product(s) is made through local courier service ie. Pos Laju. The tracking number will be e-mail or sms to the buyer once the product is shipped.
- Please take note that G&S Bullion Trading cannot be held responsible if the gold/silver product shipped are lost in transit.
